Employment 

                                                                         Future employees are required to obtain: 

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/ assistant teachers

• Bachelor's degree, at least one year experience, certification of the new directors' classes per MDH/director/ assistant director/ director designee

• Bachelor's Degree, at least six months experience in classroom /lead teacher

• First aid, and CPR certified / all employees

• Required to take 20 hrs. of CEU's. / All employees

• A copy of your GED, or high school diploma / all employees

• a copy of an updated 121 form / all employees
