Tuition Rates
All registration forms should be completed and reviewed by Imagination Haven preschool before care begins. All information should be kept current. If any information changes parents should notify the on-site director of this change in writing.
Your tuition will depend on your personal needs such as how many children, full time, part-time.
Application fee: $25
first week tuition and application fee will be due on the day of enrollment, as well as an updated 121 form.
Tuition will be due every Monday by 10:00am a $10-dollar late fee will be assessed on Monday at 10:30 and every day after.
If tuition and late fees are not paid by Friday, your access code will be disabled, and your child/children will not be able to enter the facility until all monies are paid in Full.
preschool hours Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 2:30 pm
18mths-2yrs: part time up to 17 hrs. $75 per week /fulltime up to 36 hr. $120 per week
2 1/2 yrs. - 3yrs. part time up to 17 hr. $65 per week / fulltime up to 36 hr. $110 per week.
3yrs.-4yrs. part time up to 17 hrs. $55 per week/ fulltime up to 36 hr. $100 per week
4yrs.-5yrs part time up to 17 hrs. $45 per week / fulltime up to 36 hrs. $90 per week
tuition includes supplies, meals and snacks.
Afterschool care Monday - Friday 3:00- 5:00
Flat rate $45 per week up to 17 hrs. or $4 per hr.
The first child enrolled will be assessed the full tuition. the second child will be assessed $15 off the regular tuition rate and every child after will be assessed as part time rate. If your child is Full time after one year you qualify for one week of free tuition (vacation days). when requesting for your one week of free tuition (vacation Days) you must apply at least two weeks in advance.
lATE pICKUPS
IMAGINATIN HAVEN DOES NOT ALLOW LATE PICK-UPS, however if an emergency arises and you need time you must call and notify the on-site director and BE PREPARED TO PAY $15 FOR EVERY FIVE MINUTES YOU ARE LATE. AFTER 15 MINUTES YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWENTY DOLLARS FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES THERE AFTER.
How do I pay for Preschool
Imagination Haven will accept the following ways of payment: cash, check, money order, credit card, debit card, cash App, apple pay, Samsung Pay, and chime. If you are paying with any of the listed cards your card will be charged a $5 fee. If your check is returned there will be a fee of $40 added to your next bill.
drop off/pick up
children will only be released to individuals who are listed on the drop off/ pick up form and at least 18 years of age or older, and a valid I. d. card will be required to pick up any children in the facility. On some occasions phone calls are allowed for someone other than who are listed on the drop off pick up form in this case the children will only be released if those individuals show proof of identification.
We enjoy our parents involvement with our preschool. it may become difficult for the teachers, and assistants to visit with parents while taking care of our children. Imagination haven preschool asks that you drop your children and exit the facility in a timely manner when dropping off your children. We encourage you to ask questions or inquire about your child's day. however, if you have any issues that need to be addressed, please consult with Ms. Laquanda Jackson our on-site director. In order to pick your child up you must enter the center and retrieve your child (NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE CENTER ALONE, YOUR CHILD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT)

While these days are considered Holidays if the holiday falls on the week of tuition full tuition is required however if your child is full time and have vacation days you may apply for a vacation day to be applied to your tuition. remember for your request to be approved you must apply at least two weeks in advance.
health and safety
some commonly known respiratory illnesses such as: croup, pneumonia, ear infections, flu, severe colds, and sore throats, some other infections may occur such as: infections of the bowels, and urinary tract infections, as well as may different viral infections, while attending Imagination Haven your child may result in being infected with these common infections. when a group of children are gathered together there is a higher risk of your child becoming sick.to lessen the chance of your child being infected with any illness we at Imagination Haven maintain healthy hygiene practices such as: properly washing hands, cleaning the facility on a daily basis, cleaning toys and equipment, and performing a daily health check on each child before they enter the facility. Imagination haven observes the following policies. Any child showing signs of a temperature of 100 or greater will not be able to remain at Imagination haven, If at any time a child is sent home with a fever of 100 or greater will not be able to return to Imagination Haven for at least 24 hrs. or until no fever is observed. Upon returning to Imagination Haven, you child should be accompanied with a doctor's note releasing the child back to school. If a child has three diarrheas within a day a parent will be notified to pick that child up and will not be able to return without a doctor's note releasing the child back to school. (If YOUR CHILD SHOWS SIGNS OF SICKNESS PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILD AT HOME).
How should my child dress for Preschool?
students should arrive dressed as follows:
uniform style, red, blue, light blue, white, polo shirts,
Pants: blue, khaki, or black
shoes: closed toe, no sandals or slip-ons
pants with loops should have belts.
